Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money, and on a futures account you can lose more than you deposited. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

This disclosure is part of the Enterprise Terms. By paying for or using Kadosh Bot Enterprise, you confirm you have read and understood it.

1. Not financial advice

Kadosh & Co sells trading software. Nothing on this website, in the Software, in Discord, or from Del is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We do not know your finances or goals, and nothing we provide is tailored to them. We are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary.

You alone decide whether to trade, which accounts to use, what size, and which settings. Talk to a licensed professional before you trade if you are unsure.

2. Backtests and past results

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

Past results, including real results from Del or other members, do not guarantee future results. Member results shown on this website are individual examples, not typical or expected results. Your results will differ because of timing, account size, settings, fees, slippage, your broker, your internet connection, and market conditions.

3. Risks of automated trading

4. Prop-firm and broker rules

Prop firms and brokers have their own rules, for example on automated trading, copy trading, VPNs, daily loss limits, and consistency. They can change those rules or close accounts at any time. You are responsible for knowing and following every rule of every firm you use. A failed evaluation or closed account is your risk. Kadosh & Co is not connected to, or endorsed by, any prop firm or broker.
